booked, achieving its fastest record closing
booth sales 5 months prior to the exhibition
opening on 11 October this year. As of end May 2017,
350 local and foreign manufacturers have registered their
participation to cover the total show floor area of 15,000
sqm. Running for its 17th consecutive year, THS 2017’s
show floor has been expanded to the maximum capacity
possible at the Taichung High Speed Rail Exhibition
Center. The three-day event will cover 8 showcase
categories – tools & accessories; locks & fittings;
fasteners & fittings; building supplies; garden & outdoor
equipment; automotive supplies & accessories;
machines & plant equipment and safety equipment &
products.
Competitive booth sales drive strong exhib-
itor line-up
Within a robust 5-month sales period, THS’ organiz-
er Kaigo Co. Ltd. has earmarked a 8% increase in booth
numbers and 12% enlargement of floor area as
compared to its last edition in 2016. Mr Gerd Keim,
President of Kaigo Co; Ltd commented that, “prospective
exhibitors’ response has been overwhelmingly competi-
tive and satisfyingly pleasurable for us as an organizer.
We look forward to provide a beneficial exhibition to all
participating companies as well as buyers to fulfil their
