heng-E Motor Parts Co., Ltd. established in 1980,
specializes in the manufacture of car and motor-
cycle engine parts including cylinders, cylinder
heads, crankshafts, pistons and piston rings. Operating
under the business principle of “always strive for top quali-
ty,” Chairman King Hsieh has brought Sheng-E Motor
Parts Co., Ltd. to mature level with respect to product R&D
and innovation and overall scale of operations over the
past thirty years.
In 1992, Sheng-E Motor Parts Co., Ltd. established
production facilities occupying over 30,000 square meters
in Fujian province in China. Later in 1998, an 18,000 sq.
meter production plant was constructed in Guangzhou
and another new plant was set up recently in the Tainan
Science Park. Combined together, these production facili-
ties enable the company to offer a reliable and substantial
production capacity to their customers. The company’s
main products are cylinders and crankshafts that are all
manufactured to exacting standards by CNC precision
machining. Product quality and durability is ensured
through professional measurement, testing and inspection
with specialized instruments. Many Sheng-E products are
first introduced for sale on the domestic market. After their
safety and durability is firmly established, the products are
then exported to international markets. The high quality
cylinders manufactured by the company are frequent
champions at local and international professional races.
Exports currently make up about 70% of Sheng-E
Motor Parts Co., Ltd.’s overall sales and their main markets
are in Europe, the United States and Japan. Promoting
product sales under their brand S.E.E., the brand has built
up an excellent reputation in professional racing circuits
and the repair market. In the future, Chairman King Hsieh
said that he wants to seek out more distributors around the
world to promote the S.E.E. brand in more markets. Forg-
ing ahead at the forefront of the industry, Sheng-E Motor
Parts Co., Ltd. has invested a great deal of effort in R&D
and innovation, launching about 30 new products on aver-
age per year. The requirements of Sheng-E Motor Parts

dustry cooperation with Southern Taiwan University of
