BSA / ITA to BB386 or BBRIGHT
The T30 allows you to use BB386 cranks on standard BSA (ENGLISH) or ITA (ITALIAN) threaded Frames. It can be used with BBRIGHT but does NOT include any spacers.
Each cup adds roughly 10mm in width to your current BB shell which means your crank axle must be at least 88mm long: 68mm +10mm+10mm=88mm.
The T30 uses standard machine bearings and has a nylon seal for smooth, low drag performance.
The T30 comes with its own wrench for ease of installation.
