This product includes a double spherical contacting surface on two sides thereof and has automatic micro-adjusting function as being locked securely so as to prevent the shaft from deforming flexibly, thus prolonging the locking stability. The release handle can be rotated at 360 degrees to be fastened or unfastened at any desired angle. Also, the release handle is designed in an arc shape to obtain aesthetics appearance and comply with mechanical principle, thus operating easily. After being locked securely, the handle can abut against the front fork to decrease wind resistance greatly.
