The safety syringe offered with sharp injury prevention feature designed with safety shield to shelter needle as well as tab to actuate the lock and loosen mechanism.
The function of tab is to lock the safety shield before injection to prevent it movement and to loosen the safety shield after injection to actuate the safety feature of retracting needle and seated it inside safety shield.
The Safety Syringe is a sterile, non-pyrogenic and non-toxic single-use syringe which provides a sterile fluid path for delivery of liquid medication via subcutaneous, intramuscular or intravenous routes.
Sterility of the syringe is maintained by a special peel-apart and film blister pack.
This is sold either with or without the detachable needle attached.
