The ProCheck SC2 (ultrasound transducer automation test system) of Broadsound Corporation is an automatic testing platform for array type medical ultrasound transducers produced by Philips/ATL/HP, Siemens/Acuson, Toshiba, Hitachi/Aloka, Esaote, Medison, & GE. Adaptors for additional manufacturers and probes types will keep growing and increasing. It is utilized to the acoustic and electrical characteristics testing of individual elements in the transducer array. Being a simple, fast, and precise measurement device, the ProCheck SC2 can be applied to product testing and quality control in production line of the ultrasound transducers; it can also be applied to the evaluation and inspection for the ultrasound transducers in service.
