Flat Belt
The XHP-type flat belt with steel cord has three-times longer
life span than a steel cable belt. We improved performance for
excellent durability and abrasion resistance through hundreds
of load cycle experiments. We minimize the elongation rate by
using a high tension wire. It has more flexibility than normal steel
cable and works smoothly even in a small pulley.
In addition, the design of the cord combined during an advanced
manufacturing procedure allows the optimal contact state of the
polyurethane around the cable.
