Dancing Stepper

1. To use Dancing Stepper, having exercise performance like using Stepper, Twister Stepper, Twist Disc or Jumping rope.

2. The user, stepping on it, can enjoy dancing by stepping, twisting or shaking movements per the music rhythm. There are 4 operations (as below) to be    
    alternated, so it can avoid boring on using fitness equipment (with only one operation) as mentioned, then to get performance of aerobic exercise.

    A. First kind of stepping (one right one left ).

    B. Second kind of stepping ( double right double left ).

    C. Twisting by rotating waist.

    D. Shaking( two legs simultaneously up and down ).

3. Due to elastic units installed, it has better feeling to use it than to use Stepper, Twister Stepper, Twist Disc or Jumping rope.

4. It can avoid harmful impact against knee joint to step, twist or shake your body on a fitness equipment installed with elastic unit, whose feeling is like cushions.

5. It can exercise upper body by pulling up two bands.
