In recent years, pierce machines and electronic devices have shown a surprising growth. However, during the process and management thereof, the occurrence of static electricity can cause considerable damage and loss.
According to investigation, in normal working environments, about 30% of people carry more than 1/KV of static electricity, typically out of friction caused by movements in work. In the early days, CHI MENG used to implement aluminum or synthetic resin as packing material for removing static electricity.
However, this approach had problems, for instance, it had inferior buffer ability. Besides, its formability and workability limited the application scope. Though PU material can provide the desired buffering effects, the carbon felt from it was a defect to be addressed. Thus, CHI MENG has successively developed electric conductive and anti-static foam products.
