Grand Opening Awaits This Spring
Korea No.1 Horticulture Industry Platform
International Horticulture Goyang Korea(‘IHK’) is gearing up its grand opening this spring. Since 1997, the organizer, Goyang International Flower Foundation(‘GIFF’), has carried out its responsibility in national horticulture industry and IHK is one of the most prior projects among the entire year.
IHK2024 showed its remarkable achievement with more than 249 exhibitors from 24 countries. Also, tons of amusing spectacles have attracted over 680,000 visitors to IHK venue. This year, IHK2025 expects to have more than 700,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors from 25 countries. With its bigger scale, the exhibition will feature diverse floricultural experiences covering from business to attractions captivating all plants lovers.

Commitment to Sustainability
IHK2025 claims to move on towards ‘Sustainable Exhibition’ since last year. Meanwhile most sculptures and gardens used to get disposal after exhibition which generated massive amount of waste. To address this, GIFF decided to preserve some of the gardens after the exhibition. As seek for a new value of abandoned places and local community, we expect IHK2025 to feature the continuity and sustainability of garden culture.
Outdoor Plan : A Feast of Senses
The 280,000㎡ of venue will be full of colorful gardens and attractions. In the Theme Garden, there you can enjoy the huge landmark sculpture which shows our theme ‘Flower, Fantasy, and Fragrance. Also, one of our main exhibits, the Main Garden is a perfect place to experience the pure essence of flowers. Besides, lots of photo spots and special gardens such as rose garden are ready to meet the visitors.
Furthermore, Goyang Special City is renowned for its high quality plant production. Over 500 local farms will participate to create special garden in the venue with their own produces.
Industrial Exhibition Hall
The industrial exhibition hall used to be a business area. It features a B2B matchmaking center, promotional booth and a series of conferences. This year, the scale is set to grow, with 200 exhibitors from 25 countries. Welcoming them, IHK2025 has prepared abundant contents for business and attraction.
For business area, IHK2025 will feature expanded business capacity from the collaboration with KOTRA(Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency). The exhibitors will get to have customized consulting from genuine buyers and expect to enter the global market.
For attractions, such is the case with the exotic plant exhibit, vertical & horizontal garden, and the much-anticipated award show. Regarding the award show, there will be 4 categories in display (International flower design competition, outdoor landscaping, indoor booth display and novelties).
