All our controllers are tailored based on client's demand, and are compatible with EN 15194:2017/ EN ISO 13849-1:2015, UL 2849, or UL 2272, etc. Certificates or other supporting documents could be shared with clients based on request. Recent years, the demand for personalized e-vehicles has increased. Some consumers are not satisfied with the riding experience of traditional single-motor electric vehicles, and begin to purchase e-vehicles that are more powerful, and more suitable for outdoor riding. based on the demand, LISHUI Electrics Research Institute Co., Ltd has designed and produced multiple controllers for dual-motor e-vehicles. There had been cases of dual-motor controller produce and put into mass production. Lishui Controller tech team can recommend motors for clients. The NDP time is shortened. If the client specifies other motors, Lishui Controller tech team can also cooperate with the commissioning and customize the controller.

Currently, Lishui controllers can incorporate with dual-motor vehicle that has maximum 1000W each motor. The dual-motor system that incorporate with motors rated power higher than 1000W is under development.
Dual-motor e-vehicle is powered by two motors, therefore, the front and rear wheels may slip. Lishui controller combines proactive and passive anti-slip algorithm. Compared with single algorithm, it can better anti-slip and release performance at the same time. When one motor fails, users can still ride with the other motor without fault. Four riding modes shown below: front motor only, rear motor only, sport mode, eco mode. Mode-switching can be done during cycling process. Users do not need to stop riding when they adjust riding mode. Everything can be done smoothly.

Lishui dual-motor and single-motor controller both support IoT intelligent. Lishui IoT solution include IoT modules hardware, application development service and cloud server leasing service that are 100% compatible with LISHUI controllers. In other words, LISHUI provides One-stop service that helps vehicle manufacturers quickly develop smart vehicle products.

LISHUI IoT intelligent central control module can meet requirements in European or American market. Bluetooth 5.0 module and 4G chip implemented. Module size and shell style can be customized according to the client’s requirements. Global network available.

Lishui IoT solution can realize functions such as remote lock switch, vehicle status view, vehicle tipping alarm, GPS positioning, vehicle information and data statistics. LISHUI IoT solution can also include the paying and receiving money functions. For example, users can scan QR code on shared bicycle to make payment, or redeem member points to rent golf cart. Payments can be made through PayPal, bank card, account balance, points or other common-seen local payment methods.
