Green is at the center of the supply chain and is destined to become an integral part of economic and sustainable development: from this perspective, and in line with international strategies for sustainable develop- ment, Flormart 2019 delves into the ever more current themes related to landscape design, environmental protection and sustainability in cities, presenting the best performing systems and technologies for green infrastructures in urban centers: green is no longer a simple element of beauty but a structural element and a new tool for planning urban and climate mitigation in cities. Flormart has always represented the entire supply chain of horticulture in Italy and meeting point for the aggregation of Italian and foreign trade operators of the sector, supporting activities to promote the horticultural sector throughout the year, to reinforce the development and the competitiveness of Italian nursery gardening and to guide the sector towards the values of quality. 7 halls - 330 exhibitors - 100 foreign buyers from 18 countries - 2000 congress participants - 200 foreign delegates animated the 2018 edition of the event: results achieved thanks also to the precious collaboration and synergy with institutions, producers Associations and companies, that have contributed to the achievement of these goals.
