The national collective expositions of their countries were represented at the exhibition by Holland, Germany, Colombia, Ecuador. The largest number of participants was from Holland - 52 companies that presented flowers, planting material, nursery products, greenhouse technologies and equip- ment. From Ecuador 49 companies participated. They represented not only their famous roses, but also other varieties of cut flowers. Colombia was represented by 20 companies. The main products are roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, alstroemeria. Representatives of the Russian market showed great interest in the products of companies from England, Italy, Poland, Kenya, Denmark, Israel, China, Korea, UAE, Serbia, USA, Sri Lanka, France and other countries For the first time participated in the exhibition professional associations of producers and exporters of flowers of Japan and Thailand and suppliers of flowers from Venezuela and Malta More than 200 breeding innovations at the exhibi- tion were demonstrated by leading breeding companies of the world: Rosen Tantau, Kordes Rosen - Germany, Meilland, NIRP, Cayeux, Renault - France, Florein gerbera's, Royal de Roiter, Deliflor Chrysanten and Dekker Chrysanten - Holland, David Austin Roses - England 50 business events were held, including the Russian Floristry Championship, the Day of the Associa- tion of Planting Stock Producers, the Flowers CONF conference on marketing and business processes in the flower sector, a seminar on innovations in the organiza- tion of garden centers from renowned expert John Stanley Australia Great success enjoyed floristic events. In the non-stop mode on the main stage with floristic shows and master classes, along with Russian masters, eminent masters of floristics from Germany, Holland, Latvia and other countries performed. The Trade Fair “FlowersExpo” appeared not only as a sea of flowers, but also as a sea of floristics. In total, 3500 specialists and business representa- tives took part in the events of the Business Program. 85 winners of the contest in the “New Year” and “Best Product Quality” nominations left Moscow with the medal “Laureate of Flowers Expo'2018 ”. The relevance of the project “Flowers Expo'2018” and its importance for business have been confirmed by 15,000 visitors. They came to the exhibition from all regions and large and small cities of Russia: from Sakhalin in the east to Kaliningrad in the west, from Krasnodar and Yalta in the south to Arkhangelsk and Murmansk in the north. In total, visitors from 240 cities registered in the database, which is 12% more than in 2017. 90% of them are business representatives, distributors, buyers, owners of companies and enterpris- es. And most importantly, 70% are involved in decision making. Russian and foreign exhibitors "FlowersExpo2018", confirming the importance of this project for their business, they again plan to participate in this successful event in 2019. The leaders of the world market of Holland, Germa- ny, Colombia, Ecuador were the first to book the square. Participation was announced by companies from Israel, Kenya, China, Poland, France.
